As the visionary and driving force behind Right Resumes, James focuses on building the corporate infrastructure needed to maintain Right Resumes' rapid global growth as a company and ensuring the quality of services while positioning the company at the forefront of market demands. James has been instrumental in leading RR’s global initiatives in addition to driving the company’s revenue by 300% from 2006 to 2007.

James’ previous experience with a multi billion dollar industry leader in executive search enables him to utilize established relationships with hiring managers and HR professionals at Fortune 500 companies to understand prevailing preferences and best practices in resume submissions.

He attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA and leads the Resume Alliance initiative, The Resume Lounge and Resume Connections.

As a corporate attorney Amber is able to blend business and legal acumen to ensure that the business goals of Right Resumes are achieved and balance the legal complexities of Right Resumes' technology systems (grex).  More recently, she joined in the creation of the grex vision where her focus is twofold; the development and execution of an IP strategy to protect and leverage Right Resumes' IP portfolio; and positioning the grex system so that it remains in full compliance with relevant laws, particularly employment.  Also pivotal to the growth plans of the company, Amber’s role is to foresee potential issues and assure that grex operations are within the scope established by law.  Amber received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wingate University, and her JD from Mercer University School of Law, where she was a Frances Wood Wilson Scholar, served as a staff member of the Mercer Law Review and received the Faculty Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Writing. 

As chief marketing officer, Diane directs advertising and sponsorship activities, is the company’s liaison with media outlets and is responsible for enhancing the company's overall positioning in the market. She has been instrumental in Right Resumes’ Resume with Resumes initiative and draws from her extensive background in sales and marketing to direct corporate sales activity.

Prior to joining Right Resumes, Diane was Director of Business Operations for TMC Communications. She has worked for Fortune 100 companies such as CNN News and AT&T where she established expertise in marketing to Fortune 200 and Fortune 500 businesses.

Diane holds a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from Kennesaw State University. She also received her Masters of Business Administration in eBusiness from the University of Phoenix and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management.
